What is a Member?

What Membership Means

Members of Charnwood Druid Grove are defined in our Constitution as people who have attended at least one event and signed up to our newsletter. This helps us keep a simple record of members and stay in touch about upcoming gatherings and activities.

As a member, you can support the Grove in many ways, including:

Making a financial donation
A suggested donation of £10 or more helps support the running of the Grove, though any contribution is welcome. An annual call for donations is made at the start of each year.

Offering practical support at events
This might include making or bringing bread or mead for ceremonies, helping to prepare spaces, or taking part in rituals in a variety of roles.

Helping with public events
Support may include setting up and dismantling tents or stalls, litter picking, food preparation, stewarding, and assisting at events such as the May Day Fayre.

Supporting planning and organisation
Members can help with planning meetings, event organisation, administration, or by taking on roles as Officers within the group.

Contributing in your own way
Everyone brings different skills and energy, and members are welcome to offer support in ways that feel right for them.

If you would like to get involved in any of these ways, feel free to contact us at charnwooddruidgrove@gmail.com
